What Tebaqi can do today.

No roadmap theater. This is the Call Assistant path that is live in production: answer, classify, ticket, page, and transfer — with a control plane operators actually use.

The overnight loop

  1. Answer — Natural voice on your after-hours line. Tebaqi always discloses she is AI.
  2. Classify — Six triage categories in seconds, with escalation bias when uncertain. Security language is treated as category one.
  3. Ticket — Structured Halo PSA tickets your engineer can act on (not a voicemail scavenger hunt).
  4. Page — On-call notified in the Microsoft Teams channel, with context and ticket link.
  5. Transfer — Blind transfer to a human when urgency demands it, without making the caller restart.

Who it is for

Primary: MSPs and MSSPs with overnight client intake. Also: internal IT teams without 24×7 coverage, and other businesses that cannot miss the overnight call (insurance, field, professional offices). Clinic / HIPAA production claims stay gated until a BAA is confirmed.

What we do not claim as “available to everyone today”

Meeting Assistant (pilot / early access): Teams join and structured recaps after the meeting. Useful, not the lead story. We still lead with calls that cannot be missed.

How a pilot usually starts

  1. Dedicated after-hours number for the organization
  2. Halo + Teams wired for tickets and on-call
  3. Shadow mode — review transcripts and ticket quality
  4. Flip production paging when the team is confident

Quote-based onboarding. No fake public price list. The demo walks your call volume, triage fit, and that shadow → live path.

See the same loop on your after-hours number — tickets in Halo, pages in Teams, transfer when it matters.
