Tebaqi is quote-based for small and mid-sized businesses, enterprises, and MSPs. Every deployment gets a dedicated after-hours number, six-category triage, and a control plane.
How Tebaqi pricing works
Unlike generic AI answering services, Tebaqi is purpose-built for after-hours IT intake. MSPs get multi-client routing, Halo PSA integration, and org-code verification; single-organization deployments use the same triage, ticketing, and Teams paging for their own callers and on-call roster. Pricing reflects call volume, integration scope, and whether you need shared Standard infrastructure or Enterprise isolation.
Not an MSP?
Internal IT departments, consultancies, healthcare operators, and other businesses with an after-hours support line can deploy Tebaqi on a dedicated number. Organizations without an MSP may qualify for Tebaqi Direct or TeckPath-managed after-hours services. If you already have an MSP, we'll refer you to our partner channel.
