What you will walk through on a demo

Every preview covers the same core loop: an after-hours call is answered, classified, documented, and escalated when policy requires it. MSP demos emphasize security and outage paths plus PSA integration. SMB demos emphasize industry categories and message quality. Enterprise demos add entity mapping, multiple numbers, and infrastructure tier discussion.
